We are a Delta Dental Premier Provider. We take Blue Cross Blue Shield, but we are considered an Out of Network provider. Please call the office with questions.
We take Healthy Kids and MI Child through Delta Dental of Michigan.
We do not take Medicaid at this time.
If your insurance is through Aetna, Humana, Wellcare, Physicians Mutual, Medico, United Heathcare, Secure One, Care First, GEHA we will bill the insurance as a courtesy. With these and some of the smaller insurance companies that may not be listed, you will pay in full an recieve an out of network benefit payment from your insurance company. You will have to work with your insurance to see if you have OUT OF NETWORK benefits/coverage. 100% often times DOES NOT translate to 100% out of network.
